"An ATRA Information Paper" written by Ed Anderson and edited by Jarold Kieffer. Includes a layout for DC intended to show how PRTⁱ could complement the DC Metro. It is a pretty good summary of the basics of PRT as seen by the ATRA core members of the time. This was in the time frame when Raytheon canceled its PRT project and well after Ed Anderson had left his collaboration with Raytheon.
