Valerie Jarrett view of PRT

Ed Anderson has raised some questions with regard to a recent article in Transit Pulse where Valerie Jarrett identified PRTⁱ as being oriented towards the needs of suburbs. Dr. Anderson believes that this view comes out of the history of PRT in the Chicago area and has some insights to offer about that history.
