Early ATRA History from Dr. Irving's Files

Tom Paige of the Aerospace Corporation is scanning these documents from Dr. Irving's files for the Aerospace archives. Eventually we will receive the documents but in the meantime he is sending the scans to me. The first batch is attached to this page.

Dr. Anderson has sent me a similar set of records that I will scan and upload at some point.
