Here is the end result of a proposal by Jörg Schweizer to create a "PRTi Manifesto". This was a spinoff from the first ATRA conference in Europe in Bologna (http://www.trasporti.ing.unibo.it/aats05/), also sponsored by Jörg Schweizer.
